How we handle interviews, client data and your information.

Who we are
Tacit Agents Ltd. is the controller of personal data collected through this site and through our service. Contact: hello@tacitagents.io.
What we collect
From this site: standard server logs and basic analytics needed to keep the site running. From the service: interview audio, transcripts and the structured findings derived from them, plus the account information needed to give access to your team.
How we use it
Interview content is used to produce the agreed deliverables for the commissioning client. Site data is used to operate, secure and improve the site. We do not sell personal data. We do not use client interview content to train third-party models.
Confidentiality of interviews
Interviews are confidential to the individual. Findings are anonymised and aggregated before they leave Tacit; raw transcripts are not shared with the commissioning client unless every participant in the engagement has explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Where data is held
Personal data is processed in the United Kingdom and the European Union. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
How long we keep it
Interview content and derived findings are retained for the period agreed in the engagement contract and deleted on the schedule agreed with the client. Site logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to certain uses. Write to hello@tacitagents.io and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies and similar technologies necessary to load the site and to measure basic usage. There are no advertising cookies.
